Delete your data

How to request deletion

Email support@loveloomstories.com from the address on your Love Loom Stories account. Use the subject “Delete my data” and include:

• The email address on your account.
• Your order id, if you have one.
• Whether you want your whole account deleted, or only your child’s details and photos.

We reply within 7 days and email you again when the deletion is complete.

What we delete

• Your account, name, and sign-in details.
• Your child’s name, age, gender, and uploaded photos.
• Preview pages, book pages, and the WhatsApp number saved on the order.

What we keep

We keep basic order records, such as invoices, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Those records do not include your child’s photos. A printed book that has already been delivered cannot be recalled.
