Before you approve your preview, you can request up to 2 rounds of changes via WhatsApp. We'll happily refine your book before it goes to print.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Every book is thoughtfully personalised just for your child, so our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
After printing
Once your preview has been approved and printing has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. As every book is made exclusively for your child, it cannot be resold or reused.
